IN2 in collaboration with Ubicue participated last 11/19/2020 in a session organized by the Unió Catalana d’Hospitals to publicize a structured and objective way to find out at what level of maturity an HR organization is in the process of digital transformation.
The speakers, Agnès Aguiló from IN2 and Joan Ignasi Barrachina from Ubicue, have presented the different challenges of digital transformation and how the M3 (Maturity Model Methodology) methodology can provide a mechanism to help organizations identify where they are and where they are. What actions and priorities should they take into account in order to advance and evolve in the digital transformation of their HR departments.

During the session, the representatives of various healthcare entities in Catalonia (about 25-30) were able to answer part of the maturity level evaluation questionnaire, and identify the aspects that the group of represented entities should take into account when dealing with the digital transformation of their HR departments, with some specific examples related to the digital culture of their teams or the digital transformation strategy, among others.
The main conclusions with this sample of questions have been varied, from a fairly equitable distribution at all levels of the attendees and, therefore, diversity of different situations among the entities represented in cases such as the component of the evaluation of the performance of HR where clearly most of the entities represented have an initial level of maturity and therefore, important work must be done in this regard.
The workshop has managed to awaken the interest of the attending entities, and as the Director of the Catalan Hospital Union, Roser Fernández, has commented, it has shown a methodology and a tool for action and improvement in the very digital transformation process. valuable and practical.
